Castr's All in One subscription plans have a dedicated monthly or yearly bandwidth for streaming using our video player.
Your streaming bandwidth might exceed the total bandwidth on your account in some cases: Increased bitrate, increased viewer, or longer stream duration.
To calculate the streaming bandwidth you might need and select an All in One plan, check out Castr's Bandwidth Calculator.
What will happen to your stream if you go over your total bandwidth?
If you are on the All in One Entry plan, your streams will shut off when you run out of bandwidth.
If you are on the All in One Plus plan or above, overage protection will be enabled when you run out of bandwidth. It will be charged at $0.25 per GB for each that you go over and billed per 1TB.
Overage protection keeps your live streams up and running if you are out of bandwidth. This feature is available only in the All in One Plus plan and above.
It is enabled only when you go over the total bandwidth limit for your subscription plan and don't have any rollover bandwidth remaining. In this instance, your overage protection will kick in and automatically charge for the specific amount from your selected payment method, for example, your credit card.
