How to Cancel Your Subscription

We are sad to see you go. But here's how to cancel your Castr subscription from the dashboard.

The Billing page is where you can quickly view your current usage quota and all active subscriptions of your account.

Here's how to cancel your subscription on Castr:

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Go to your account icon in the top right corner > Choose Billing

  3. Here you can see the list of your active subscriptions

  4. Click Cancel on the plan you want to unsubscribe

  5. Choose the reason for your decision and enter your comments

  6. Once you finish unsubscribing, you will still have access to Castr until the end of the paid cycle. You won't be charged for the next billing cycle.
